Acony Records is delighted to announce that Gillian and Dave took home two Americana Awards last night. The ceremony, held in Nashville, TN, at the Ryman Auditorium, featured live performances by Lifetime Achievement Award winners Booker T. Jones, Bonnie Raitt, and Richard Thompson. Dave won the Instrumentalist of the Year award in a strong category featuring friends Buddy Miller, Darrell Scott, and Chris Thile. Gillian won Artist of the Year, the last award of the night. This marks the first AMA Award for either Gillian or Dave.
